Erin
Erin has been a receptionist at Golf Rose Animal Hospital since 2005. She grew up in Schaumburg, and her family has been bringing their animals here since she was young. When not at work, Erin is working on finishing her program at beauty school. Her future plans include enrolling in nursing school. Her pets are a 5-year old black cat named Reilly and a 3-year old white cat, Stanley. She also has a 13-year old Golden Retriever - Samoyed mix, Penny, and a one-year old hamster named Wamtarro. Erin loves working with all animals, but cats are her favorite!

Keaton
Keaton joined the reception team in 2006, but Golf Rose Animal Hospital has been a part of her life since the day she was born as Keaton is Dr. Kraklio's daughter! She grew up in Bartlett and has three dogs, four cats, two fish, a gecko, and a pet cockroach. back to top

Krystal
Krystal has been at Golf Rose Animal Hospital since 2002. Prior to joining our reception team, she spent two years as a kennel attendant and tech assistant in Palatine and then two more years as a receptionist and technician at practices in Schaumburg and Arlington Heights. 

Krystal grew up in Streamwood and currently commutes from the far northern suburbs. She is working on her Associate in Science degree at the College of Lake County and plans on going to vet school and becoming a veterinarian in the future. Krystal has been married for almost seven years. She has two cockatiels, Ziggy and Natashia, an 11-year old adopted from Golf Rose. Krystal also has a cat, Sniffles. When she is not working or at school, Krystal enjoys boating, fishing, reading science fiction novels, cross stitching, and watching Cubs games and NASCAR races.  back to top

Nicole
Nicole is our newest receptionist, joining Golf Rose Animal Hospital in 2007. She grew up in Hoffman Estates and is currently a student at Harper College. Eventually, Nicole hopes to become a certified veterinary technician. She has two dogs, an 11-year old Golden Retriever and a chocolate Labrador Retriever. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and shopping.

Penny
Penny joined the reception team in 2005 and has worked at animal hospitals since 1994. She was born and raised in Chicago, graduated from Steinmetz High School in 1961, and attended Wright Junior College.

Penny has been married to her husband for 44 years. They have two great daughters, one terrific son-in-law, and an 18-year old granddaughter who will be going away to college to become a radiation therapist. Needless to say, Penny and her husband are very proud of their family!  Penny enjoys reading, gardening, and playing with her 7-year old Maltese, Skeeter.   back to top

Renee
Renee is the assistant manager of Golf Rose Animal Hospital. She joined the staff in 1999. Before that, she worked at Arlington Park International Racecourse in Arlington Heights. Renee was born in Chicago and grew up in Hoffman Estates. She graduated from William Fremd High School in Palatine. Married since summer, 2006, Renee and her husband have one cat. In her spare time, she enjoys going out for motorcycle rides.    back to top

Sue
Sue has been at Golf Rose Animal Hospital since 1978. She was originally the office manager, but is now semi-retired and works part-time as part of the reception team. Her second career now involves teaching classes at Roosevelt University's Institute of Continued Learning. Sue graduated from Dominican University with a degree in sociology. She grew up in Chicago and currently has two cockatiels and a parakeet. In the past, she has had Labrador Retrievers and cats.  back to top

Toni
Toni joined the staff of Golf Rose Animal Hospital as a part-time receptionist in 1998, switching to full-time in 2006. Toni grew up in Niles and has over 30 years of experience in the (human) dental field as a certified surgery and anesthesia assistant for oral surgeons. Toni has two Shih-Tzus, Max and Cutie, and has also had cats over the years.  back to top

Val
Val joined the staff of Golf Rose Animal Hospital in 1987. Before that she was a dog groomer. Val grew up in the northwest suburbs. She is married and has a daughter in high school. They have three cats (one is 17 years old), a dog, and two guinea pigs. For fun, Val loves to shop!  back to top
