Dr. Amanda Hook Haase
Dr. Haase graduated from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. She earned her B.A. in zoology at Miami University in 1993. After vet school, Dr. Haase completed a medicine and surgery internship at the Sacramento Animal Medical Group in California.
After briefly working in the area as an emergency relief vet, Dr. Haase joined the staff of Golf Rose Animal Hospital in 1998. She is especially interested in emergency medicine.
Dr. Haase grew up in the Cleveland, Ohio area. She met her husband Peter (also a veterinarian) at Ohio State. They have a son who is 8 years old and a daughter who is 5. The Haase family shares their home with 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a rabbit and they enjoy camping and spending time together outside. Dr. Haase and her son recently started taking piano lessons together.
